When we get a request for a house inspection, we will schedule the appointment for what works with your schedule and as soon as possible.

How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?

Once the home inspection is completed and we have documented the details, we will send the report in 3-4 hours.

Do your reports contain images?

Yes, our report includes photos, videos and detailed information regarding our findings during the inspection.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are insured and licensed for home inspections.

Where does most of your business come from?

Most of the time, realtors will reach out for us to inspect homes. However, we do have private home owners who contact us to inspect their homes. If you are buying a house, we always recommend an house inspection to make sure you are getting what you deserve for your new home.

What tools/equipment do you use for inspections?

Our typical set of equipment for home inspections include moisture meters, carbon monoxide detectors and natural gas detectors.

How long will the inspection take?

At Sound Home Inspections, we are thorough and proficient to get you your home inspection portfolio as soon as possible. The average inspection takes 1 1/2 -2 hours, however, this can vary based on the size of home.

Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?

Yes, I think this a great advantage for our clients to see their new home, get additional insight of inspection services and ask any questions that arise.

Do you email the report?

When the report is completed, we email all documents and pictures over to our clients.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes, we do provide home inspection services during the weekend. We try to work what's best for our client's schedule and get everything completed in a timely manner.
